Who we are
Jyskera (“we”, “us”) is a destination wedding photography studio run by Elena Marsh, based in Lisbon, Portugal. If you have any question about this policy, write to hello@jyskera.com.

What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect your names, email address, wedding date, location and the details you choose to share. If you join the newsletter or workshop waitlist we collect your email address. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver the photography services you book, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent, to take steps before or under a contract with you, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio.

Who we share it with
Only with trusted providers that help us run the studio — website hosting, email, gallery delivery and payment processing. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes in Portugal.
